The location is excellent. You can go to the city in about 10 min including waiting time with the metro. From that location a lot of buses go to different areas. So it is an excellent location for exploring Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I even got a surprise Champaign and birthday cake waiting for me on my bed in the evening of my birthday! The breakfast was all made with fresh ingredients and the rooms were very clean. All in all a great stay!!

Step outside, and you’re surrounded by the energy of Lisbon — charming streets, vibrant cafés, historic landmarks, and the tram rattling by. Whether I wanted to explore Alfama, shop in Chiado, or enjoy the nightlife of Bairro Alto, everything was within walking distance. The room was a perfect balance of comfort and style: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. I especially loved waking up to the sound of the city coming alive, then returning in the evening to a peaceful retreat. Breakfast was a delight — fresh, local, and varied, with options to please every taste. Starting the day with pastel de nata and great coffee felt like the most authentic Lisbon welcome. What truly stood out, though, was the warmth of the people working here. They shared personal tips for exploring the city, hidden spots only locals know, and their enthusiasm made me feel like I was discovering Lisbon with a friend. This hotel is not just a place to sleep — it’s the perfect gateway to experience the soul of Lisbon. I left with beautiful memories and will absolutely return.

Location is handy the metro station is right outside and is walking distance to the main town (15-20minutes)

The breakfast was plentiful. Service at breakfast was excellent. Bar staff were very good We had an 8th floor room with a balcony overlooking the roundabout in front which was excellent. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable

Hotel location is perfect for tourism in the City, near to a central metro station, many bus stops around and walking distance from core tourist attractions of downtown Lisbon. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Breakfast buffet is very good, although I would appreciate some additional options, like an omelette station, more local pastries (pasteis de nata, queijadas, etc).
